You can delete your Triple Caution account at any time, with or without the app.
In the app
Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. Your account is removed straight away. You may be asked to sign in once more first.
Without the app
Email contact email from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete your account and all data stored with it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your email address, name and user ID
Routes and stats saved on your phone stay there until you delete the app. Nothing is kept on our side after deletion.
